OVERVIEW:

The Senior New Market Development Manager (Sr Manager, Sales Channel Support) dedicated to lead this new initiative will manage a phenomenal team of Leasing professionals. The candidate must be ready to take on this new and exciting venture, be committed to meeting the challenge of creating innovative financing solutions, programs and promotions all while pioneering and expanding in new markets.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 9 years of related experience and management of 2 or more regular full-time employees
  • 9+ years of demonstrated Sales experience  
  • Leasing Finance experience is required
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of equipment leasing
  • Proven track record in new Business Sales and Development in the financial services industry
  • B2B sales equipment finance industry experience with success closing at “C” level
  • Success in prospecting large organizations and forming partnerships
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy
  • Strong leadership capabilities and a sound financial services skill set
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport/relationship building, listening and follow up skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, qualitative and quantitative skills required
  • Performs duties with limited supervision
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, Tvalue proficiency
  • Up to a 50% Travel Expectancy
  • Individual must possess a clean valid state driver's license in order to obtain the position
  • This position requires driving, therefore a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary. Additionally, because this position requires driving for company business as an essential function of the job, must remain in compliance with company safety guidelines and policies
